Red Hook Waterfront Condo Developer Aims at Artists

Ground will break in November on former New York Dock building.

Developer Est4te Four plans to break ground at the former New York Dock building in November, with the aim of drawing artists to "affordable waterfront housing".

According to a report on DNAInfo.com, the developer plans to market the units in the former dock building on Imlay Street to local artists, musicians and models. 

Construction is set to being in November with an estimated period of 18-24 months. The same developer also bought a red brick warehouse at 202 Coffey St., which will be a mixed use space.
