This small, OU-certified Kosher restaurant has a menu featuring yellow tail tartare, free range duck breast and braised shoulder of veal, not to mention a substantial beer and wine list. Pardes is family run by chef/owner Moses Wendell and his wife and restaurant manager, Shana Wendell. Reservations are required for dinner, so be sure to call ahead. Pardes is closed on Friday.
