Little Talks// Video Art Exhibition

What: A group of Korean and Taiwanese artists talk about their ordinary life by different aspects and unique art styles to express their stories.

Disney's The Little Mermaid Jr., presented by Brooklyn Children's Theatre's Teen Players

What: 20 of Brooklyn’s talented youths, representing 12 Brooklyn neighborhoods and Harlem, perform in this beloved Disney musical.  
Where: Brooklyn Music School Playhouse, 126 St. Felix St.
When: Friday at 6:30 p.m., Saturday at 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Urban Folk Art Gallery 3rd anniversary art show opening

What: Urban Folk Art® Gallery was opened in January 2011. To celebrate the continual success of bringing great undiscovered, emerging, and established artists to the public, they are having an art show featuring two of the originating members of the collective. 
opening 7-10 Jan 24th. The show will be up through February.

Spoke the Hub's 13th Annual Winter Follies

What: Vote for your favorite performer, as more than 25 professional artists of all genres have just five minutes to wow the audience. At the end of the show, you vote for your favorite act.
Where: Gowanus Arts Building - 295 Douglass st. btw 3rd and 4th avenues 
When: 7:30 p.m.

Wine & Watercolor Friday

What: Relax, paint and sip on some wine. Perfect for beginners and supplies included all for $20.

Park Slope Singers Concert

What: Park Slope Singers' commemoration of the sesquicentennial of the American Civil War.
Where: Plymouth Church, 57 Orange Street, Brooklyn Heights.
When: 3 p.m.

Of Hand & Spirit, An Artisan Boutique Market

What: An indoor artisan boutique and wellness market in The Art Cafe featuring handmade creations from gifted artisans, Wellness treatments and readings, music and a cash bar.
