Seminars and Spirituality This Week

A few events in the area for the week ahead.

Here's a look at what's happening this week in and around Park Slope.

- Temperatures hover in the 60s for much of the week with light rain possible mid-week.

- To kick off the new season throughout the month of October, members of Chameleonic and Choral Chameleon will present a free public outreach performance commemorating the 15-year anniversary of Matthew Shepard's death.  

- Rabbi David L. Kline and Msgr. Guy Massie continue their series of 
five programs on Thursday evenings at 7 p.m. to introduce Judaism to Christians.

- Head to the Carroll Gardens Library Branch on Wednesday Oct. 16 from 1:30 to 2:30 for a seminar presented by Registered Dietician Jaclyn M. Smith.

- Grab a beer, grab a controller and save a princess Monday at Union Hall. Join theibracketed video game competition featuring favorite classic video games from Punch Out to Mortal Komba starting at 7:30 p.m.
