Where to Donate Food This Thanksgiving

A few places to give back and donate food items this Thanksgiving.

Many of us will sit down with family and friends on Thanksgiving Day to enjoy a festive feast, but many others around Brooklyn may not.

While most, if not all, volunteer positions on Thanksgiving Day are already filled, there are still many families and need. Many organizations are in need of non-perishable and other food items, and it’s easy to donate around Brooklyn.

- Non-perishable items can be dropped off at your local fire department or police precinct.
