Pop-Up Thanksgiving CSA to Hit Carroll Gardens Area

Local Roots NYC will be offering a Pop-Up Thanksgiving CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) at several drop-off locations in the area in November.

Pick up on Nov. 26 at several locations, including 61 Local (Boerum Hill) and Brooklyn Farmacy (Carroll Gardens) locally.

The Pop-Up CSA offers local and sustainable Thanksgiving options including fresh, whole turkey, smoked maple bourbon ham, vegetables and more. CSA members and non-members are welcome to sign up via the Local Roots NYC website, now until Oct. 28.

Through its Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program, Local Roots NYC provides over 400 NYC residents with sustainably grown food from local farms and specialty items from small Brooklyn producers.
