Yoga Classes
Join us for six weeks of yoga classes.
Combining vinyasa yoga with muscle strength development you will increase flexibility, tone muscle and learn to connect with your body. Whether you are experienced or trying yoga for the first time, this class has something for you! Bring a mat and water.
