Tug & Barge Week

Brooklyn's Waterfront Museum and the Tug Pegasus Preservation Project will host free public tugboat trips and free barge tours, in celebration of "Tug & Barge Week" at Brooklyn Bridge Park.

The following activites are scheduled throughout the week, as posted on the Brooklyn Bridge Park website:

Daily: "Creatures of the Deep" art exhibition
Thursday, July 14: Arrival at Pier 6
Friday, July 15: Group tours and open hours
Saturday, July 16: City of Water Day
Sunday, July 17: Open dockside tours; marine workshops, Jalopy Theatre & Sea Chanties entertainment
Monday, July 18 - Friday, July 22: Group tours and open hours
Thursday, July 21: "Showboats in New York Harbor" with Norman Brouwer and Captain Tom McGuire
Friday, July 22: Special open hours with Diver Lenny; "Creatures of the Deep" artists' reception, with Diver Lenny
Saturday, July 23: Open hours

Monday, July 25: Group tours
Tuesday, July 26: Departure from Pier 6
