This six-week workout series will combine cardio moves with body weight strengthening exercises to blast fat and tone your muscles. Bring a mat or towel for floor work (stretches and abdominals). All fitness levels are welcome!
Instructor Tiffany Dallenbach, ACSM Health and Fitness Specialist, is a certified Balanced Body pilates instructor and trained yoga instructor through YogaFit. She has a B.A. in Health Promotion from the University of Iowa and 7 years of personal training and group fitness experience. She has worked with ages 7 – 90 yrs.
