Six Weeks to Fitness

Get Ready!  Get Set!  Get Fit!  Six Weeks to Fitness is designed to increase your overall fitness level.  Led by Body Sculpt of New York, Inc., we will focus on cardio-respiratory endurance, muscular strength and stamina, flexibility, body composition and nutrition.  Open to all fitness levels!
