Parent and Baby Yoga

This series is for parents and care givers with babies 6 weeks old to 1 year. This class provides a relaxing space where you can reconnect to your body and breath while nurturing your connection with your baby. The class is designed specifically to help build core stability and improve posture in a gentle yet effective way, as well as address other body aches and pains of a new parent or care giver. Learn baby massage techniques and interact with your baby in the centering, compassionate space that yoga creates.
