Class One Mixed Martial Arts & Fitness (C1) will have its grand opening on Saturday, April 14, 2012 from 12-3pm. C1 will offer a broad range of martial arts including MMA, Boxing, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, Sanda (Chinese style kickboxing) plus a complete strength and conditioning program.
