Foundations of Yoga
Foundations of yoga is a six-week course for first-time yogis and beginners. This series will provide an in-depth learning experience in a small group setting to explore basic yogic postures, essential Sun Salutations, physical alignment and positioning, meditation, and an introduction to the philosophical roots of Yoga. After completing the Foundations course, students will have the knowledge and skills to enable them to easily continue on their own and/or in a group setting with more advanced classes.
