Linden Tree Preschool Staff Search For New South Brooklyn Space

Christ Church Cobble Hill officials have stated their temporary facility must be vacated in June.

Last July, after lightning struck the tower of Christ Church Cobble Hill, the Linden Tree Preschool being operated out of its parish house had to be relocated to a temporary space offered up by Sacred Hearts-St. Stephen's, a Catholic church in the area.

When officials from Episcopal Diocese of Long Island announced in January that Christ Church Cobble Hill would no longer have use of the loaned SHSS property for the September 2013 school year, Linden Tree Preschool staff and parents began looking for a new space to relocate to.

In a letter posted to Cobble Hill Blog, Principal Susan Kuhlmann writes:

Linden Tree Preschool is now searching for a new permanent home. In order to continue to serve our families, staff and greater community by providing a beautiful preschool experience, myself and a colleague, Jennifer DeLuna, have formed our own LLC, Building Bridges.

We require a minimum of 3,000 square feet but are willing to exceed that for the right opportunity. We are also willing to sign a long-term lease.

As you know rental space in our community is costly and difficult to come by. We have been searching for months and continue to.

If anyone can help us please reach out, we need a home and can provide a nice income stream for a rental space. We appreciate any assistance.
