Weight loss doesn't have to be all about discipline, denial and hard work.  In fact, it can actually be the opposite - simple and pleasurable!  Discover the secrets to effortless weight loss in this new 3 month group counseling program.  This program offers the same counseling and support of a one-on-one program, with the added fun of being in a group setting and at half the price!  Share your challenges and progress with a group of like-minded people in a safe, comfortable environment.   We'll focus on a holistic approach to weight loss, deconstructing cravings, and supporting each other through the crazy Halloween to New Year's holiday season!

During this program, you will:

Caroll Lee, CHC, AADP, is a Certified Health Counselor and graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.  Through her nutrition counseling practice, she has been helping people find the healthy balance that is missing from our lives in this modern, stressed-out world.  Caroll uses practical coaching methods to discover what works best for her client's health, supporting them as they make small but significant changes towards greater health and happiness.
