PS 261 Unite hosts a screening of the film “The Inconvenient Truth Behind Waiting for Superman,” produced by The Grassroots Education Movement.

What do charter school's mean for neighborhood public schools? What happens when charter schools are given space in public school buildings? Why is the DOE supporting charter schools and cutting the budgets for public schools?
