Peg Tyre, author of The Good School, to speak at PS 29

Wondering whether your school is delivering the best education for your child? In the process of looking for a new school for your son or daughter to attend? This lecture is for you.

Peg Tyre, author of The Good School: How Smart Parents Get their Kids the Education they Deserve, will speak at P.S. 29 in Cobble Hill on Wednesday, March 7 from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Admission is free. (Childcare provided for P.S. 29 parents.)

Tyre is the author of the New York Times bestseller, The Trouble with Boys. She is currently a fellow at the Columbia Graduate School of Journalism, where she teaches writing about education.
