Over the Course of a 6 week period this workshop will teach you how to start and maintain a plan for eating well to live well! If you are looking for a way to jump start 2012, solidify your resolutions and bring your health goals to reality then this is the program for you. This is not an intensive liquid diet or a quick fix but a way to make lasting changes that you can sustain on your own. In a supportive environment, you will be guided through menu planning, juicing, group health coaching, movement planning, information on nutrition and more. This program is based on a real food philosophy for omnivores (though it can easily be adjusted for vegetarians) and incorporates all aspects of your life to find the balance that is right for your individual long term health.
