Business Plan Basics Workshop on Sept. 26, 2012

The Carroll Gardens Association, Inc. (CGA) is launching its Entrepreneur Assistance Program by conducting the “Business Plan Basics Workshop.” The Entrepreneur Assistance Workshop offers resources to small businesses through workshops and one-on-one counseling with those who wish to start a business or expand an existing business.

The “Business Plan Basics” workshop will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 26th, 2012 at the CGA Training Center, located at 201 Columbia Street, Brooklyn, NY 11231. “Business Plan Basics” is geared towards start-ups, as well as small businesses seeking expansion. The workshop will discuss how to determine the right business for you, how to turn a hobby into a business, how to have an advantage towards similar businesses, what documents to include in a Business Plan, and how to use a Business Plan. There will be a question and answer portion during the workshop. Refreshments will be served during the workshop.

Mr. Joseph Pellegrino, Assistant Vice President and Small Business Relationship Manager at TD Bank will deliver the workshop. Mr. Pellegrino has owned and managed an independent retail business chain for 25 years prior to joining TD Bank over 6 years ago. We encourage everyone to pre-register. You could give us a call at (718) 243-9301 to register or fax your Registration Form to (718) 243-9304. You could also send an email to info@carrollgardensassociation.com with your name, name of business, address, phone number and email address to signify your interest in joining this workshop.
