5 Day Detox
Pre-Detox Meeting: Sunday, April 29th, 4:00pm-5:30pm
Detox: Sunday, May 6th - Thursday, May 10th
With the change of this season comes a vibrant change and the perfect opportunity to assess what we’ve been putting into our bodies. Guided by chef and Holistic Health Coach Jeanine Abraham, this 5 Day Detox will focus on removing any processed foods from your diet and replacing them with whole foods and seasonally appropriate fruits, veggies and fresh pressed juices. This cleanse will help bring back your energy and encourage a positive transition into the summer season. After an initial meeting to prepare, students will have daily conference calls with Jeanine each morning to begin their process of the day (they will also be recorded for those who cannot make the specified time). Put your healthiest foot forward and get started on the path to health and wellness this spring!
