Brooklyn Community Board 6 will reconvene to discuss the following Public Safety/Environmental Protection/Permits/Licenses issues:


  •   Presentation and review of an unenclosed sidewalk cafe permit application renewal submitted to the Department of Consumer Affairs on behalf of Leahlala, LLC dba Abilene at 442 Court Street (between 2nd/3rd Places), to permit 8 tables and 16 seats.
      Presentation and review of an unenclosed sidewalk cafe permit application renewal submitted to the Department of Consumer Affairs on behalf of Huitres NYC Inc. at 320 Court Street (northwest corner Court/Sackett Streets), to permit 18 tables and 48 seats.
      Presentation and review of a new unenclosed sidewalk cafe permit application submitted to the Department of Consumer Affairs on behalf of Kiku Asian Bistro Corp. at 2 Lincoln Place (on the corner of 5th Avenue), to permit 11 tables and 26 seats.
      Presentation and review of a new unenclosed sidewalk cafe permit application submitted to the Department of Consumer Affairs on behalf of Piccolion6th Corp. dba Piccoli Trattoria at 522 6th Avenue (northwest corner of 14th Street/6th Avenue), to permit 18 tables and 40 seats.
      Presentation and review of a new unenclosed sidewalk cafe permit application submitted to the Department of Consumer Affairs on behalf of 345 Court St. Corp dba Marco Polo Ristorante at 345 Court Street (southwest corner of Court/Union Streets), to permit 16 tables and 32 seats.
      Presentation and review of a new unenclosed sidewalk cafe permit application submitted to the Department of Consumer Affairs on behalf of Tessa & Lucho, Inc dba Bar Bruno at 520 Henry Street (southwest corner of Henry/Union Streets), to permit 10 tables and 20 seats.
      Presentation and review of an alteration to an on-premises liquor license application submitted to the State Liquor Authority on behalf of Cacao Prieto LLC dba Botanica at 220 Conover Street (between Coffey/Dikeman Streets).
