Later that morning, around 10:45 a.m. an officer on patrol observed a suspect driving a black Infinity fitting the description of the missing vehicle pass through a stop sign without stopping. Upon inquiry, the driver failed to produce a license and was found to be in possession of glass pipes filled with crack cocaine. After further questioning it was determined that he didn’t own the vehicle, cops said. Wilfredo Machuca, 39, was arrested in front of 700 Columbia Street near the Gowanus Bay.
