In Two Separate Incidents, Teen Robbed by Pack of Teens Near School

Teenagers Rob Another Teen No. 1

A 16-year-old female was walking home from school on Sept. 16 around 3 p.m. when she was surrounded by a group of about six teenage girls, cops said. The girls yelled profanities at the victim near the corner of Hoyt and Baltic streets, and forcibly removed $10 and an MTA student bus pass from her purse.

Teenagers Rob Another Teen No. 2

A 17-year-old male was walking from the G train at Warren and Smith streets around 10 a.m. on Sept. 14 when he was attacked by a group of about six teenage males, cops said. In front of the Rite-Aid, one of the thieves told the victim to empty his pockets. The group of teens then "roughed up" the victim, cops said, and made off with $18 in cash.

Purse Stolen at Waterfalls Cafe

A 42-year-old woman's purse was stolen at on Atlantic Avenue on Sept. 16 at 3 p.m., cops said. She left her purse hanging on the back of her chair when she went to the restroom, and when she returned, it was missing. The purse was worth $150 and contained a wallet, a California license, a credit card and a checkbook.

Another iPhone Grab

A 41-year-old male was walking his dog and talking on his iPhone on Sept. 12 just before 5 p.m. near the corner of Bond and Third streets when his phone was grabbed and stolen, cops said. The iPhone was worth $400.
