After receiving information about a man armed with a gun, plain clothes officers from Police Service Area 1 investigated inside 458 Columbia Street. According to police, officers Jovanny Calderone and Dorian Thompson found Calvin Randall, 25, of Harlem, exiting the building within the Red Hook Houses and identified themselves after watching him adjust his waistband.
