Business Robbery Leads to Immediate Arrest

A small business on 372 Court Street was robbed on January 6 at 11 a.m, when a male and female entered the business and asked the clerk for money for a charity for AIDS. The clerk told them that he was not the owner and could not assist them. The two left, and minutes later the male came back with his right hand in his right pocket, simulating a gun, and demanded that the clerk empty the cash register. He then fled with $150, to a car driven by the female. Police were nearby and arrested both perps, an 18-year-old female, and 16-year-old male.
