There have been a lot of armed muggings in the Red Hook / Columbi Street Waterfront / Carroll Gardens area this past month.

When they do and IF they do catch them their families will be on the side lines saying what good kids they are and God fearing kids and they go to church. Bull!!! They run the streets with guns, robbing people and the mother and fathers have no idea where they are. The cops need to get out of the car and foot patrol the neighborhoods. Put fear into these thugs that if they get caught they will pay for the crime.

"The cops need to get out of the car and foot patrol the neighborhoods." You know that. I know that. Everybody knows that. Unfortunately Mike Bloomberg and Raymond Kelly don't believe in Community Policing, and theirs are the only two opinions that matter.
