Arrest Made in Playground Blaze

A 16-year-old is one of nine teens involved, according to a news report and officials

A 16-year-old responsible for the is now feeling the heat.

Brooklyn resident Max Layton turned himself over on Tuesday according to cops and a Daily News report.

He was arrested and charged with arson, criminal mischief, trespassing and reckless endagerment, according to cops.

The article also reported there were nine teens involved in setting the fire, and said four of them, not including Layton, attend the prestigious Brooklyn Heights prep school, St. Ann's.

"I'm absolutely shocked that this happened," Laytan's mother, Ursula Alexander, who lives with her son in Cobble Hill, told the News. "It's just horrifying that this happened."

Laytan is the son of Charles Laytan, President of Canadian-based company Alliance Films, which distributed the "The King's Speech."

"He's a good kid, and I just hope for the best, I hope everything turns out well for him," said lawyer Sam Gregory, who last week , . $50,000 was deposited, though on Friday
