Trouble by the train station

We need to permanently get rid of that dark skin female that is always seen at the 2nd place entrance/exit of the Carroll Street train station, that's constantly asking for money. I spotted her attempting to attack some man walking his dog claiming that he almost bumped into her as she was getting ready to cross the street. From my point of view, she should've had more common sense because he was watching his dog go to the bathroom and didn't see her coming at first. What made it worse was her using the N word towards him and that almost caused a fist fight to uprise between the two of them. This is not the first time this female panhandler has caused one or more problems with residents either coming home from work or school or heading to board a train towards Manhattan and/or Queens. I have also spotted her arguing with people who refuse to give her money because they're either broke or are afraid of her using to do drugs and/or drink alcohol. Some people have become afraid to enter or exit the station at that end just to avoid seeing her, especially on a weekday evening during rush hour. The woman answers to the name Connie and needs to leave the residents alone NOW!
