Train station disturbance

There's a transsexual woman that stands by the 2nd place entrance/exit of the Carroll Street subway station, constantly panhandling for money and even approaching little kids for money as well not to mention that she is making sexual passes at certain residents of the neighborhood. She answers to the name of Connie and needs to be removed not only from the train station also from the neighborhood. It is very disturbing to the neighborhood and she has already been reported once to the 76th police prescient for apparently performing oral sex on a resident living a block away form the station. She must be removed immediately and indefinitely.
