Boerum Hill is the 10th Most Expensive Neighborhood in NYC

Is anyone surprised that Boerum Hill is currently the 10th most expensive neighborhood in New York City?

Recently, townhouses and apartments have been selling like hotcakes, see here, here and here.

So today's Property Shark report shouldn't come as too much of a surprise. According to the report:

With a median sale price of $801,000, Boerum Hill was the 10th most expensive New York City neighborhood in Q2 2011.

Boerum Hill wasn't the only Brooklyn neighborhood on the list - Dumbo came in in 4th place.
