Six Geese a Laying: Union Market
There are only a few days left until Christmas, have you done all of your shopping yet?
After visiting multiple butchers and specialty shops around Carroll Gardens, Cobble Hill and Boerum Hill, we were hard pressed to find any geese in the poultry case for preparing a single roast Christmas goose, let alone six!
But upon asking, one of the employees behind the counter at Union Market said that they could order a traditional goose, should someone desire one for a holiday dinner.
