Each Saturday, as part of the Fort Greene Greenmarket offerings, Brooklyn residents may drop off clean and dry textiles like clothing, paired shoes, towels, sheets, scarves, hats, bags and belts for reuse or recycling. This collection service is organized and facilitated by GrowNYC, and is on site at the Grand Army Plaza weekly greenmarket as well. Ask a Market Manager if you cannot locate the textiles collection tent.
