Computer Donations for College Bound Students

Dear BCS Families and Friends,

Have you purchased a new computer recently?  Are you looking for a way to recycle or find a new home for your previous computer?

Please consider donation to our Computers for College Program.  We collect and refurbish donated computers and other equipment for students heading off to college in the fall, who would otherwise be unable to afford a computer.

We are looking primarily for laptops--Mac or Windows-based--that are no more than 5 years old.  Ed Kelly, our school technology coordinator, will erase the contents of and reformat the hard drives of all donated machines.  Ed is happy to arrange an appointment for donation if you would like to be present when the drive is erased.
