Stinky Bklyn Beer Bazaar with Sixpoint Brewery!
Every Saturday until August 17, Stinky is hosting a Beer Bazaar featuring tastings from local breweries and local food vendors. This week:
The fine folks at Sixpoint Brewery have teamed up with The Jam Stand to make the newest edition to their Mad Scientist series - #15, BelJam. With Belgian Abbey Ale Yeast and The Jam Stand's Razzy Gabby Raspberry-Jalapeño Jam, plus fresh-picked extra raspberries from Red Jacket Orchards, BelJam is spicy, sweet, and tart.Available for a limited time only! Once it's gone, it's gone.
In addition to BelJam, we'll also have their new Galaxyfrom their Spice of Life series. Over the course of a year, Sixpoint brews a single-hop IPA with one of twelve hop varietals. All other elements of the recipe are the same, but the use of a single hop allows the drinker to experience the differences in flavor and aroma between different hop strains.

The Jam Stand will be offering samples of their delicious hand-crafted jams (including, of course, the Razzy Gabby). Anton Nocito of P&H Soda Co. will be here as well! His all-natural soda syrups, made in Greenpoint, work perfectly in alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages alike. He'll also be happy to volunteer cocktail and other mixing suggestions.
