Electronic Waste Collection Event

Unclutter your home by bringing your unwanted electronics to the electronic waste recycling event held on Saturday, Dec. 8, 2012  from 10 am to 4pm, rain or shine across the street from PS 321 on the eastside of 7th Avenue between 1st and 2nd Street.


The following working and  non-working items will be accepted: computers, monitors, printers, scanners, keyboards, mice, cables, TVs, VCRs, DVD players, phones, audio/visual equipment, video games, cell phones and PDAs. This program is free for residents, small businesses (max. 50 employees), and not-for-profit organizations. There is no limit to the amount of items that can be dropped off and your donations are tax deductible.

Can't make the event, but would like to responsibly recycle your old computers? Please visit the E-waste warehouse at 469 President Street at the corner of Nevins Street and drop off during the following open hours:


Tuesdays 10am - 5pm, Wednesday 12pm - 7pm, Thursdays & Fridays 10am - 5pm and Saturdays 10am - 4pm.
