Two Turtle Doves: Fassbinder by Sonja Fries

On the second day of Giftmas, my true love gave to me: Two turtle doves, traditionally.
According to lore, turtle doves symbolize two lovers. While the birds embroidered upon this vintage silk purse ($15), available for purchase at Fassbinder by Sonja Fries, may or may not be "turtle doves," per se, you can find many interpretations of the theme at Fassbinder's pop-up shop—such as the scarves handsewn with lyrics from songs like, "Because the Night" by Patti Smith.
Also: Fassbinder will be hosting "Mulled Wine Wednesday" on Dec. 19, from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. with authentic, hot glühwein for sipping while you shop.
