Carroll Gardens Brownstones Fetch Full Asking Price

Curbed reports that local multi-million dollar homes are all the rage on the Brooklyn real estate market.


Have Carroll Gardens brownstones become the must-have listings of Brooklyn real estate?

According to a report by Curbed, two luxurious, local townhouses have fetched their full asking prices at upwards of $3 million dollars each in recent months after both appearing on the market for roughly a month.

The first home noted was a 6-bedroom townhouse located at 356 Sackett Street ($4,099,000). The second sale took place at 310 Union Street, between Smith and Court Streets ($3,195,000).

Both feature exquisite workmanship, myriad rooms and outdoor spaces. But some locals posit that local landmarking is what's driving up prices.
