Why Go: January is typically the time when people think about making healthy changes to their diet.  What we eat has a profound effect on our health, both physically and emotionally.  To achieve and maintain your best weight, attain good health and feel great, you need to nourish your body and spirit.

Join us for this one-hour talk on creating a better approach to losing weight and staying healthy all year long.

When/Where: Wednesday, Jan. 18 at 7:30 p.m; The Herb Shoppe, 394 Atlantic Avenue

Cost: $250*

Why Go: Seasonal cleanses create the right conditions for our bodies to begin healing and repairing themselves naturally. By adding in nutritionally-beneficial foods and supplements, and removing major toxins in our diet that cause chronic inflammation, the cleanse will give your digestive system a break, allowing the body to focus on eliminating toxins from your system, leaving you with more energy and alleviating many health symptoms. Best of all, because you'll be eating during this program, you won't be left feeling hungry or tired.

(*cost includes all supplements and protein powders needed for detox. In addition, we offer 3 group meetings free of charge held by both Dr. Erica Waters and Catherine Fugelsang, L.Ac.)
