After being mysteriously closed for several weeks, NY Perks is at last no more, confirmed neighborhood blog Pardon Me For Asking on Wednesday.
The bottle-service lounge had suffered a series of noise complaints from neighbors, crimes targeting patrons and even shots fired outside of the doors, during its brief tenancy on Smith Street.
Now, instead of a menu advertising $6 Coconut Shrimp Egg Rolls and $225 Peach Ciroc, a "For Rent" sign hangs in the window.

The block is already home to a Rite Aid, Chase bank, Met Food, two bar/restaurants—Char No. 4, Ceol pub—and two clothing shops. So what would make the best new addition to the neighborhood?
