After being mysteriously closed for several weeks, NY Perks is at last no more, confirmed neighborhood blog Pardon Me For Asking on Wednesday. 

The bottle-service lounge had suffered a series of noise complaints from neighbors, crimes targeting patrons and even shots fired outside of the doors, during its brief tenancy on Smith Street.

Now, instead of a menu advertising $6 Coconut Shrimp Egg Rolls and $225 Peach Ciroc, a "For Rent" sign hangs in the window.

With 3400 square feet to play with, what type of business would you put in the space at 193 Smith Street?

The block is already home to a Rite Aid, Chase bank, Met Food, two bar/restaurants—Char No. 4, Ceol pub—and two clothing shops. So what would make the best new addition to the neighborhood?
