According to a post on BococaLand, the folks at Van Horn will start serving their delicious ingredients in the first half of the day - though just on weekends, to start.
"Substitute your bacon, lettuce and pimento cheese sandwich with a freshly-baked biscuit stuffed with a choice of eggs and meats," wrote Tobey on BococaLand. "They also hope to offer a make-your-own oatmeal bar, coffee and juice."

Tobey also suggested a make-your-own Bloody Mary bar. Sounds brilliant!
