Gowanus Canal Conservancy Throws BBQ To Raise Bread

The has announced its first annual "Spring Forward" fundraiser to be held at , "an evening of down-home barbeque, craft beer, and local bands."

What kind of barbecue, you ask? Vendors will include Applewood, , Lot 2, and , with brews curated by Beer Table and vino from . Tickets are $55 (includes BBQ dinner, two beers, and music). All proceeds go toward Gowanus Canal Conservancy, specifically the Clean & Green Volunteer Program, Composting and Rain Garden Projects. See you there, Wednesday, June 6, from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
