PM Pediatrics Opens in Cobble Hill
Urgent care facility caters strictly to kids and young adults through college age.
After first being announced in January, PM Pediatrics has now opened in Cobble Hill.
The new practice -- its first location in Brooklyn -- is located at 240 Atlantic Avenue, and provides specialized urgent care for patients from birth through college. The center is led by pediatric emergency physicians and board certified pediatricians.
With concerns over Long Island College Hospital, there has been a demand for nearby emergency room resources.
According to the company's website, every PM Pediatrics office has on-site digital x-ray technology, a comprehensive laboratory which is capable of performing rapid blood, urine and chemistry workups as well as access to specialists such as plastic surgeons or orthopedists.
The location is open Monday through Saturday from noon to midnight, and on Sundays and select holidays from 10 a.m. to midnight.
