One Girl Cookies Cookbook Coming Soon
The Cobble Hill bakery will release their first cookbook next week.
, which has been indulging Cobble Hill’s sweet-tooth for the past 11 years, is set to release their first cookbook "One Girl Cookies: Recipes for Cakes, Cupcakes, Whoopie Pies and Cookies From Brooklyn's Beloved Bakery” this week, according to AM New York.
In the book, bakery owners Dawn Casale and David Crofton share their 67 best recipes, ranging from “winter spice cookie sandwiches with orange cream to espresso caramel squares to an apricot, honey and pistachio tart,” according to the report.
With the release of the cookbook, it seems that all is going well at the sweet shop. In September, it was announced that , opening a second location at 33 Main St early this year.

"One Girl Cookies" will be available in bookstores on January 10 and is currently available for pre-order at the bakery, located at 68 Dean St.
