Jolie Cantina, the long-awaited restaurant in the former Porchetta spot on Smith and Douglass streets, opens Wednesday night.
The owners operated on Atlantic Avenue for years, and are now venturing out into French and Mexican cuisine.
Grub Street reports the menu will include items like French-style steak tartare, tequila-and-pepper-marinated steak tartare, "escargot à la Mexicana," with jalapeños and basil, duck confit enchiladas and fusion tacos. At brunch: chilaquiles and Nutella crepes.
