Poll: Which Movies Should Be Nominated for Best Picture?

Cast your view in Patch's poll on the Academy Award nominations.

Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences President Tom Sherak and actress Jennifer Lawrence will announce the nominees for the 84th Academy Awards, which will be broadcast on Feb. 26.

Patch wants to know which films you believe should be nominated for Best Picture. Below, we've listed eight films that have been faring well from awards groups this season: "The Artist," "Hugo," "The Tree of Life," "Midnight in Paris," "The Descendants," "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo," "Moneyball" and "The Help."

But the nominations always include a few surprises every year. Could "Drive," "War Horse," "A Dangerous Method" or "The Iron Lady" sneak into the top category?
