A group of Mexican folk dancers gathered in a Red Hook park on Saturday, May 12 to celebrate Spring Carnival. Men donned Venetian-style masks while wearing sequined suits, capes and enormous 19th century-style charro hats, ornamented with draped fabric and colored feathers.
