'Girls' Star Buys Carroll Gardens Brownstone for $2 Million
Jemima Kirke buys $2 million Brownstowne on Clinton Street.
Jemima Kirke, star of the HBO show 'Girls', is moving to Carroll Gardens.
According to a report in The New York Observer, Kirk recently forked over $2 million for a 3,360 square-foot Brownstone at 408A Clinton Street.
The house was not listed publicly. It was on the market back in the spring of 2011, however. At that time it was listed as a multi-family home with a three-bedroom duplex on the bottom and a one-bedroom on the top floor.
