The instructor will take you through a brief history of stand-up, sketch and improv comedy, watch plenty of video clips, and discuss the intricacies of comedy and its most prominent practitioners. We'll talk about your new favorite sketch show on TV, deconstruct the genius of your new favorite stand-up comic, and make you love an improv group you've never heard of.
