Eva Lytal Phillips was born at 10:09 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 2 at to parents Rachel and Adam Phillips.
"We love seeing families with young children in Cobble Hill park every
day and can't wait to join them," said mother Rachel Phillips in an email.
Eva was the 4th baby born in 2011 at the local hospital, but the first to call one of our neighborhoods home.
