The week leading up to Christmas is a hectic time filled with holiday parties, work deadlines, and last minute errands. Throw in the beginning of Hanukkah on Tuesday, and Carroll Gardens was teeming with energy all week long. Patch was there to keep you abreast of all the goings-on. -City contractors should be more careful! On Friday, in the Columbia Waterfront District caused by a DEP work crew digging a new sewer. Luckily, no one was hurt.
